How does this service work? You send us your original video and we make the transfer or copies and mail them back to you, with your original. Click on Ordering for specific instructions.

When will I get my video?Usually just over a week. We will produce and mail your video (with a tracking number) within 48 hours of receiving it. If you're in a rush overnight mail is available.

Do you convert film movies to DVD? Sorry, not at this time.

What format may my original source video be? We accept VHS, VHS-C, Mini-DV and DVD as original source video formats.

Will I get my original source video back? Absolutely!

What type of blank DVDs and video tapes do you use? Professional grade Verbatim DVD-Rs and Fuji or Maxell VHS tapes. With blank media so inexpensive there is no reason not to use the best available.

What will be on my DVD? Exactly the same thing that is on your original DVD or other source video. If copying from VHS or Mini-DV the DVD will contain the video exactly as it is on the original source video, with chapter points added at 5 min increments.

Will the DVD you send me work on my player? The DVD-Rs that we produce will play on all modern DVD players and most earlier models. A few early DVD players will not play DVD-R media, it is your responsibility to learn whether or not your old player will play such disks as we do not offer refunds if your DVD player won't play DVD-Rs. Do you guarantee your work? If you are unsatisfied with the transfer or duplication we will be happy to redo it for you. This does not cover any dissatisfaction that is the result of a poor quality original source video. We make sure every video works perfectly before sending them out, so we can not offer full refunds.

What kind of packaging will my DVD come in? The DVDs we send out will include basic black text printed (not a sticker label) on a brand new blank white DVD that will come in a standard (Amaray) DVD case with a basic white insert printed with black text. Custom graphics are available, please contact us.

What if I want custom graphics or writing on the DVD? No problem, just contact us ahead of time. There will generally be a one time set up fee of $25 to print customer supplied color or b&w graphics.

Can you copy or transfer a copyrighted video? We can legally make one copy, for personal use, of a video that you own, but do not own the copyright for.

Can you copy or transfer a dual layer DVD? Sorry, not at this time.

Do you copy or transfer adult, sensitive or private material? Yes, as long as its not illegal.

Do you handle international orders and ship worldwide? Yes, just add an additional $5 on to the shipping costs.
